Apostille Services
What Is an Apostille?
An apostille is a certification issued under the Hague Apostille Convention that authenticates the origin of a public document for use in another country. An apostille confirms that the signature, seal, or stamp on a document is valid so it will be recognized by foreign governments that are members of the Hague Convention. Apostilles are commonly required when U.S. documents will be used internationally for legal, educational, business, or personal purposes.
Important: Apostilles are issued by the Secretary of State or designated authority—not by the notary. Our role is to help prepare, notarize, and submit documents correctly to avoid rejection or delays.
